TrusteeIdorenyin Harry Udoh is an experienced development professional with a strong background in micro-credit initiatives, community mobilization, and advocacy. With over 15 years in Credit & Thrift administration, she has co-developed and implemented micro-credit schemes for women in Akwa Ibom State. She possesses excellent facilitation, presentation, and report-writing skills, along with deep knowledge of Civil Society Organization (CSO) operations in Nigeria’s South-South zone. A dedicated training facilitator, women mobilizer, and mentor for children and teenagers, she is currently engaged in Micro-credit delivery, Tax Justice, gender equity, and advocacy
Professor Udeme Udofia
TrusteeABRIDGED PROFILE OF PROF. UDEME UYOM UDOFIA
Prof. Udeme U. Udofia is a distinguished Professor of Environmental Pollution and Toxicology at the University of Calabar, where he has lectured for over two decades. He has served as a Research Fellow with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and as a Special Envoy of the Managing Director/CEO to the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP), a Federal Government initiative for the clean-up of Ogoniland, in line with the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) recommendations.
He was the pioneer Consultant on Environmental Matters to the Akwa Ibom State Government in 1999 and led the State Government Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on the ExxonMobil Oil Spill in 2008. Prof. Udofia has provided consultancy services to numerous oil-bearing communities in the Niger Delta Region and multinational corporations, including Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited. Additionally, he has served as Special Assistant on Projects/Technical Matters to the Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
Prof. Udofia has also served as an Environmental Consultant to CUSO International, a Canadian agency executing the Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Access & Development (YOULEAD) project. He is a United Nations Approved Candidate for the Specialist Programme on Environmental Pollution Control and Protection and a Fellow of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES), where he served as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Cross River State Chapter.
An accredited consultant with the Federal Ministry of Environment and the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Environment, Prof. Udofia has contributed significantly to environmental research. His expertise spans Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Post Impact Assessment (PIA), Environmental Evaluation Reports (EER), Environmental Audits, and Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), among others.Harry Dennis Udoh
TrusteeHarry Dennis Udoh is a seasoned development consultant with over 24 years of experience in governance, transparency, accountability, and community engagement across Nigeria. He has developed and managed projects in governance, social accountability, and enterprise development, with a focus on pro-poor growth. Harry’s expertise spans policy analysis, organizational capacity building, third-party monitoring, and value chain development. He has worked with leading organizations, including the World Bank, European Union, USAID, and international oil companies (IOCs) delivering impactful training, research, M&E, advocacy, and community development initiatives. A skilled facilitator and policy enthusiast, he is deeply committed to promoting fair taxation, budget analysis, enhancement of the civic space, and sustainable development. Harry’s leadership roles include chairing the Ethics and Good Leadership Awareness Initiative (EGLAI), formally known as Civil Society National Self-Regulation Council (CNSRC), Chairman of Guild for community Development Advocates in Akwa Ibom State (also known as Akwa Ibom State CSOs Forum) co-chairing the Akwa Ibom State Citizens Budget Committee. His diverse experience reflects a strong dedication to fostering inclusive governance and driving positive change in Nigeria.
